Other class of 79 info:

Hello Class of 79 - I am sure many of us remember Brian Burns. This last weekend I had an opportunity to talk with his sister Barbara Burns-Cruz. I don't know if everyone knows this but Brian Burns is going thru a very challenging time right now. Brian has been turned down twice by the University of WA medical team to be placed on the National Double Organ Transplant List. He fortunately has a... very dedicated physician who has taken it upon herself to fight for Brian. This last week he received a call from UCLA that they want to see him and if possible, help him. Barbara has created a page for Brian on caringbridge.org. Please take a moment and go check it out. Barb is great with keeping this up to date and Brian does read and appreciates all the messages, thoughts and prayers.
I know there are others in our class that are going through trying times as well. This is just another reason for us to get together, reconnect and perhaps help each other out in some way.

It’s about lifelines.
It’s about reconnecting with our friends from
some of the best years of our lives -
It's about caring for our classmates and their families !

Nothing more,
Nothing less.
